Who this covers
This policy applies to visitors of acadiananetworksolutions.com and to the internal software tools ANS operates for its own staff, including the “Beau Outreach” application that connects to our own Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and HaloPSA accounts.
Beau Outreach and Google user data
Beau Outreach is an internal assistant used only by ANS employees who sign in with their own accounts. When an ANS employee authorizes it, the application reads that employee’s own Google Contacts (read-only) so it can look up a phone number or email address the employee has asked it to use. It does not modify, copy in bulk, sell, or share those contacts, and it does not use them for advertising or for any purpose other than the specific call, text, or email the employee requested. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Beau Outreach’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Information we collect on this website
Our website collects only what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email (name, company, email address, phone number, and your message), plus standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used to keep the site running and secure. We do not sell personal information.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, deliver and support the IT services you engage us for, and meet legal or contractual obligations. Client data we handle as a managed service provider is governed by the agreement with that client.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example email, ticketing, and telephony platforms), under contract, and only as needed to deliver our services, or when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect it with industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or revoke any authorization you have granted, by contacting us below.
